On December 15, twenty top Businessmen and women and twenty top Real Property Taxpayers were recognized by the Municipality of Kalibo. They were presented with certificates of award for their timely payment of revenue due. The awards coincided with the opening of the Kalibohi-an sa Gabi-i and the blessing of Iwag Trees held at Pastrana Park.
The event was opened by Mayor William Lachica with the assistance of Vice Mayor Madeline Regalado.
