What is this lorry doing here? Is this a common occurrence that drivers go missingin this town leaving their vehicles in the middle of the road? (This scene is in
between BPI and Kalibo Police Station)
I believe the driver of thsi van with Plate Number ZCF 1276 just run outfor a pee! This is in between Mabini Street near the DRSTM Hospital.
Gabot ro Ueo? This thoughtless act if parking in the middle of the road,
on a pedestrian crossing is not only dangerous to pedestrians, but it is also
illegal. In many western countries, any vehicle parked within ten (10)
meters or a pedestrian crossing is automatically towed away and a heavy
fine is imposed. The Kalibo Auxilliary Police (KAP) gave up on this guy
as he insists he is waiting of someone from the house nearby. I thought
KAP are now allowed to issue a citation ticket to offenders like this?
