The violence that happened last week in Vito Cruz that was supposed to be a celebration to welcome the bar takers after the exam was a gruesome act which as of press time the perpetuators are still unknown. That traumatic experience although nobody died will change the lives of the victims especially the one who lost her legs.
Police reports have not concluded yet if it is the result of a frat war or a terrorist act. Some says it might have been done by people who wants to embarass P-Noy administration. But whoever was the culprit I believe that if there was police visibility the incident might not happen.

I hope the police will be able to solve the case sooner and give justice to the victims and not be like other controversial cases who will be overshadowed by other cases to come and will be remembered only during its anniversary and be treated as a thing that happened in the past while the culprit is walking in the streets scot free as if nothing happened.
