BORACAY Island, Aklan - The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Aklan will soon feature in their website the different provincial tax ordinances to attract more investors in coming not only to this resort island but also to the whole province as well.
Vice Governor Gabrielle Calizo-Quimpo said that it is important for the investors to know the existing tax ordinances so that they would have an idea that the province is not only tourists friendly but also investors friendly.
“I have already instructed our website technicians to include our tax charges of the province in the soonest possible time,” Quimpo said.
Aside from the provincial tax ordinances, the SP website will also feature the different committees of the provincial board.
“Through the website, Aklanons abroad will also be able to know what we are doing in the legislative side of the provincial government,” said Quimpo. (PNA)/TE
